Research cooperation with Karolinska Institute
4FP has formal research competence in the change management field. We have a multi-year cooperation with the Medical Management Center at Karolinska Institute with focus on organizational change and management research.
Project 97
Our talent development model is currently being tested in a 3-year development and research project for Swedish female football players. Our hypothesis is that a support structure built upon players’ individual motivation and self-determination will give them the possibility to reach their full potential both as individuals and as football players. The same support structure is also being tested in IKANO’s female talent development program providing a unique opportunity to compare experiences and learnings. 4FP is investing 1 million SEK over 3 years in this project.

A project focused on the supporting the development of the next generation of sustainable leaders – the “sustainability multipliers” using film and modern web technology. This project is currently in the funding phase. 4FP provided funding for initial concept development.
