Together with the client, explore what an ExtraOrdinary Result would be for them (as a leader or for their team/organization). Once EOR is clearly defined (never before) the process moves to the next step.
Design and implement a dynamic support structure for the client’s work toward their EOR that takes them through the following phases:
REALITY: Do we dare to see & explore reality as it actually is or do we choose to only see the part of reality that is comfortable and reflects what we want to or usually see?
FUTURE: Do we have the ability to let go and free ourselves from the present and create meaningful images of a new future? If not, which inner and/or outer blockages are holding us back?
ACTION: Do we manage to break through and move into action or do we back off before the current system and culture’s resistence to change becomes visible?
COMPLETION: Do we manage to complete the implementation or do we loose momentum when faced with new questions along the way that “must be prioritized”.
Strategic dialogue: Continuous communication with client leadership where we provide our observations and insights from the process and discuss eventual adjustments to the support structure.
