In order to increase the number of women in leadership positions, IKANO sought 4FP’s assistance in creating a special program designed to support the inner journey and outer competence development of high potential female employees. The program kicked-off in November 2011 and will run each year for three years.
Enterprise Leadership Development Program, Scandinavian logistics group
4FP was founded when the Scandinavian logistics group asked two consulting companies to collaborate in creating a new leadership program. This 12-month program has run for three consecutive years and sixty participants. During the second program client auditors identified ROI of 50 MSEK within 12 months of program start. ROI for the third program will be reported by January 25th, 2012.
