4FP means For Full Potential and we’ve designed our development program for leaders with exactly that in mind. Most leader development programs focus on providing individuals with reflection and learning that they can apply when they return to work after the program.
The 4FP academy is designed from the other direction; the company’s most important business development initiatives are the focus from start to finish. A “leader” is then chosen to drive each initiative toward it’s ExtraOrdinary Result.
Just like in a horse race, the horse’s name is on the scorecard, not the jockey’s.
Our program is a support structure for these “leaders” as they develop, implement, refine and finally complete work on these initiatives.
While we are interested in the participants’ development during the course of the program, we are most interested in the success of participants’ assigned initiatives. We even go as far as asking the client organization to provide independent auditors who verify the financial results of the participants’ work.
